All of us at Immediate Care West are committed to your health and wellbeing. We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all our patients, families and staff.
For everyone's safety and wellbeing we are restricting walk-in traffic to problems that require an in-person visit, such as tick bites, cuts, and other injuries.
However, rest assured, Immediate Care West's
Virtual Waiting Room IS OPEN!
We use Doxy.me and Medent to connect via video chat. Both work best with the Firefox browser (Windows or Android) or Safari (iPhone). You are encouraged to visit doxy.me (click here) and make sure permissions for your camera, microphone, and speaker are turned ON for video chat to ensure an easy connection.
If you wish or are advised to come see us, in order to limit risk of exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you call ahead (315-488-6393) for triage advice and/or to be added to our very own "virtual waiting room".
In fact, any visit can start with video, and then we can make a decision whether you need to come in or if we can take care of you virtually!
Upstate University Hospital has set up a hotline to provide information regarding testing and treatment. Please call your own primary doctor first. If your doctor is unavailable, or if you do not have one you may reach Upstate at 315-464-3979
