Immediate Care West has been providing quality urgent care services for over 18 years to people of all ages and from all over Central New York and beyond, including Syracuse, Oswego, Fayetteville, Manlius, Dewitt, Baldwinsville, Cicero, Marcellus, Auburn and Skaneateles. If you are suffering from an unexpected illness or injury, or if you simply require general medical attention without waiting for an appointment, we are here for you. Our professional team of Board Certified providers and nurses  is equipped to handle a comprehensive range of urgent medical conditions and injuries, as well as routine illnesses.

  • Musculoskeletal (fractures, sprains and strains)

  • Sports and many work physicals (please call to confirm and schedule an appointment)

  • Asthma

  • Allergic reactions

  • ​Colds and flu (bronchitis, sinusitis, coughs and colds)

  • ​ENT (allergies, ear infections, swimers ear, plugged ears, ear wax removal)

  • ​Skin conditions (rashes, cold sores, impetigo, poison ivy, ring worm, skin infections, abscesses)

  • Wound care (cuts and laceration repairs)

Even though our providers and nurses are trained in emergency care, our facility is NOT equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, including but not limited to:


     - Chest pain

     - Shortness of breath

     - Numbness or weakness (e.g. signs of stroke)

     - Confusion

     - Severe headache

     - Severe bleeding
